Code of Conduct
For respectful collaboration
The Flight Levels Day team strives to enable all participants, speakers, and employees of partners and sponsors to participate in the conference without discrimination or harassment – regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religion, belief, impairment, age or sexual identity. This applies both to our on-site conferences and our online conferences, regardless of the technical platform used.
Unwanted behavior includes unwanted physical contact, insulting, discriminatory or sexualized wording and images in talks, workshops, chats or during breaks and at evening events. It also includes harassing image and sound recordings, stalking and deliberately disruptive behavior that leads to repeated interruptions of parts of the event.
Should persons become victims of harassment or observe this, please contact the organizational team. As contact persons, Vanessa Schwarz and Michael Barabas
are at your disposal.
The Flight Levels Day team takes all concerns in this regard seriously and decides how to respond appropriately. In such a case, the team will tend to the harassed person and decide within the framework of the house rules how a repetition can be excluded.
