Code of Conduct
For a respectful collaboration
The Flight Levels Day team strives to enable all participants, speakers and employees of partners and sponsors to participate in the conference without discrimination or harassment – regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religion, belief, impairment, age or sexual identity. This applies both to our on-site conferences and our online conferences, regardless of the technical platform used.
Unwanted behaviour includes unwanted physical contact, insulting, discriminatory or sexualised wording and images in talks, workshops, chats or in the breaks and at evening events. It also includes harassing image and sound recordings, stalking and deliberately disruptive behaviour that leads to repeated interruptions of parts of the event.
Should persons become victims of harassment or observe this, please contact the organisation team. As contact persons, Vanessa Schwarz and Michael Barabas
are at your disposal.
The Flight Levels Day team takes all concerns in this regard seriously and decides how to respond appropriately. In such a case, the team will take care of the harassed person and decide within the framework of the house rules how a repetition can be excluded.
