Flight Levels as an Assessment and Design Tool for Early Transformation Stages

Besides answering the "why" of Lean-Agile transformations, the substantial investment in change should include and justify the "what" and the "how." Flight Levels can serve as an assessment and design tool in early transformation stages by visualizing the actual topology of the flow of information and material, as well as exploring options and opportunities for the future design of alignment and collaboration in a flow system.
